Olmo presents the Zerouno Team Edition, the racing arm of Team Norda – Mg.K Vis, which starting with the next UCI Continental Series season will race under the Sangemini – Mg.K Vis – Olmo name. Derived directly from the standard Veloce Zerouno, with which it shares the layout and the geometry of the frame and fork, both monocoque in high modulus carbon composite, the Zerouno Team Edition expresses the best of Italian racing technology: Campagnolo Super Record group and Bora Ultra wheels, Vittoria Graphene tubulars, Deda Superzero handlebars and seatpost, and a SLR carbon flow custom Olmo saddle by Selle Italia.

“After the agreement signed with the team manager Angelo Baldini, it is with great pleasure that we present, along with our technical partners, the bike with which the team will take part in national and international competitions scheduled for next year,” said Andrea Farmakakis. “The starting point was the Veloce Zerouno, a ready-to-race frame designed by Olmo and built with high-performance composite materials that provide excellent power transfer, stability and handling on the different courses that our athletes will face throughout the season. The dedicated graphics of the Zerouno TE, with the white and red colors and gold details, include the team insignia on the top tube, and on the seat stays the signatures of the technical partners who have made this special, completely Italian setup possible, which we will reproduce for our fans with a race replica in 2017.”

“Step by step we are putting together a large group of companies, partners and athletes to build as best as we can for the next season, in which we will play a leading role both in Italy and abroad, with important continental and intercontinental stages on the program,” added Angelo Baldini. “After the confirmation of Michele Gazzara, Nicola Gaffurini, Niccolò Salvietti, Paolo Totò and Italian track racer Michele Scartezzini, a few days ago we made official the signing of Davide Orrico, 26, Italian Elite champion, a complete racer with outstanding talent as a climber, and the young Simone Bernardini from La Spezia, 25 years old and this year’s winner of the Parma-La Spezia wearing the colors of Ciclistica Malmantile.

Olmo Biciclette with Zerouno in the special TE setup is giving us a reference for the Continental category; the Acque Minerali d’Italia group is renewing its commitment to the team management with the Sangemini mineral water brand as the team’s title sponsor and MG.K Vis continues to support us and accompany us in this sports project with the same motivation and conviction as always. In the coming weeks we will announce the complete team line-up and we will make known the final calendar for the 2017 season.”
